A little more levity with this post, and not as long. You’ll find that when you workout and get stronger, certain things start to happen. Sometimes, you’ll be volunteered to help people move. Other times, you’ll be he stereotypical pickle-jar opener. For me, this month, I accidentally put a little too much power into tightening a protein shaker, and I twisted the top portion of the plastic off. As much as I like to think it’s because I’m super strong, it probably was just on its way out :)
